Manager HR

HR manager is the one who is responsible for strategizing and managing capacity goal after understanding all functional department\u2019s requirement in capacity building in terms of recruiting the right talents and appropriate number, competence enhancement by planning the L&D of each colleague, managing culture goals for the smooth functioning of the company by following and adopting the best practices for Ken research and its SBU unit. HR Manager will work as a functional head and will be responsible for conveying the correct capacity requirement of different departments to the HR recruitment team and assigning hiring responsibility of each open position to different team members. Additionally basis cross functional team interaction, Manager HR has to plan customized L&D plans for different teams as per there requirement. The individual on this role will be responsible for ensuring smooth process completion of Campus Drives along with the HR Team ensuring all the process involved are within the stipulated timelines. He/she will be responsible for maintaining and improving work and cross functional team culture.
