Job Summary: -

• Having Fair knowledge of the complete ceramic manufacturing process
• Good exposure to, Press, Humidity Dryer, Glazeline, Digital Printing, shade matching process, surface knowledge, parameter adjustments in applications, Kiln Process, Polishing process…etc.
• Having good exposure to increase the production capacities related to modification development and activities.
• Better understanding of the production parameters density, viscosity, powder granule sizes, residue, moisture, water of plasticity, glaze materials properties, and green tile parameters.
• Good understanding of glaze line operations and increased production efficiency and troubleshooting experiences.
• Having better experience in the Glaze line application process, various surface experiences like matt, rustic, satin, glossy, high glossy, super polish, sugar finished, dry granulla, full body.
• Work in different types of productions like double charge, S&P Body, Full body, and colour body. Type so glaze applications, printing flat, roto, soluble salt application, rustic, engrave, carving, granualla, glue applications.
• In-depth knowledge of glaze line Quality-related documentation and standard parameters settings & reports. Monitor the department quality parameters and reporting, logbooks.
• Manpower management. Team working skills, daily production reports, and other reports to be maintained regularly. Problem-finding and solving skills.
• All the glaze raw material testing procedures, testing reports, and cross-checking activities. Quality & quantity management in the department.
