Job Location: Goregaon East

Eligibility Criteria:

- Good knowledge & exposure on EXIM

- Understand easily complex business / shipment matters.

- Well versed with Import / Export knowledge (African countries with added advantage)

- Familiar with standard tools like MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-Power-Point

- No. of Years of Experience - 1-2 Years with Logistics and Supply Chain Certification

Role & Responsibilities:

1) Coordinate logistics operations, overseeing vehicle loading and flour management, ensuring seamless coordination with the Buyers, Suppliers, Shipping lines, customs etc..

2) Manage export operations by handling pre-shipment documents, maintaining an updated database of shipments, and liaising with forwarders and shipping lines for smooth clearance.

3) Ensure timely receipt of original documents for sea / air shipments from the procurement team for clearance purposes.

4) Verify all received export documents against consignments, coordinate with clearing agents for timely clearance, and manage with the finance team.

5) Maintain & reconcile logitics vendor bills accurately for necessary approvals

6) Facilitate export operations by coordinating with clients and shippers, managing data systems for tracking shipments, and addressing any issues with deliveries.

7) Liaise with forwarders and customs house agents (CHAs) to ensure timely pick-up, booking, clearance, and documentation for import and export shipments.

8) Control and plan dispatches, coordinating with buyers, unit team in Africa, and suppliers to fulfill orders according to requirements, while also ensuring timely dispatch of shipments, monitoring delivery performance.

9) Work on LCL consolidation (air / sea) for efficient & timely delivery to units.
