Senior Sales Manager

,Roles and Responsibilities

• He will be responsible for the Business of the region South.

• He will be overall responsible for distribution, channel sales volume.

• Previously must have managed 4+ direct team members required.

• Achieving annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals.

• Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.

• On the job training for the direct team and ensuring optimum performance output.

• Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Background should be from Consumer Durable, Flooring, Plywood, Tiles & Ceramics, Adhesives, Mattress or Allied sector will be added advantage.

• Strong communication skills to gain consensus internal and external to the external branches.
  
• Strong management skills to direct sales staff and resources.
  
• A person who enjoys building other executives to succeed in a dynamic broadcasting environment.
  
• Should be able to take responsibility of monthly numbers and deliver the same.
  
• Self-motivated, proactive, strong work ethic.

• Worked with Direct dealers & distributors.

• Experience required 13+ years.(age 37+ yrs).

• Local candidate will be added advantage.
