Job Description
- Co-develop and execute a comprehensive global strategy for the intestinal health product portfolio, ensuring alignment with Kemins overall business objectives.
- Craft and oversee the execution of marketing strategy for GSP IH, including key global events, market studies, and other marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and uniformity.
- Lead market analysis, including key market trends, regulatory analysis, competitors, market segmentation, and customer deep dives to identify common opportunities and challenges.
- Drive global product launches with detailed business plans and financial targets aligned with cross-BU teams.
- Support the consolidated product lifecycle planning and management, collaborating with R&D and cross-functional teams.
- Manage the introduction and execution of new innovation projects as an outcome of market analysis.
- Craft and execute the go-to-market strategy in collaboration with the GSP president and BU stakeholders.
- Support the GSP president with operational and financial monitoring.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a master s degree, preferably in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Animal Nutrition, or related sciences.
- +- 5 years of previous experience in a marketing or commercial role with a relevant product portfolio in an international environment.
- Strong cross-functional team leadership and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
- Hands-on mentality and result oriented.
- Experience in international assignments and are willing to travel up to 50%.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to communicate with all layers in the organization.
- Problem-solving, and critical mind sent.
- You demonstrate integrity and honesty in all aspects of your work.
