Job Description
- Test Planning: Develop detailed test plans and test cases based on business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Test Execution: Execute manual and automated tests to validate the functionality, performance, and security of applications. Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
- Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
- Quality Metrics: Monitor and report on key quality metrics, such as defect rates, test coverage, and test execution results. Provide feedback to development teams to improve product quality.
- Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks where applicable. Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Issue Resolution: Analyze and troubleshoot issues reported during testing. Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
