- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, technical challenges, and business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and technical proposals that effectively communicate the value of our software solutions.
- Customize solutions to meet specific client needs and create compelling responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and tenders.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients throughout the sales process, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure that proposed solutions are aligned with our service offerings and can be successfully implemented.
- Assist in contract negotiations, ensuring that technical aspects are clearly defined and agreed upon.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to the development of sales collateral and marketing materials.
Qualifications:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- 3+ years of proven pre-sales experience in the software services industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex2 client requirements and develop effective solutions. -
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong technical understanding of software development and related technologies.
