Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach cold leads, effectively communicate service offerings, and drive successful closures.
- Convert leads generated through cold calling and targeted email campaigns into potential clients.
- Utilize LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms for lead generation.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and potential clients.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure continued business growth.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts, handling negotiations via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Build, track, and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate reporting of sales activities.
- Maintain daily sales records and productivity reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in social media for business development and lead generation.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities.
- Target-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving sales goals.
- Strong leadership abilities to guide and manage a sales team effectively.
- High attention to detail and proficiency in IT & CRM software.
- Good numerical skills to analyze sales data and forecast revenue.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- IT background and strong knowledge of Salesforce is a must.
- Prior experience in selling CRM cloud solutions, Salesforce products, and SMS applications.
- Understanding of the end-to-end business development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis
