Roles and Responsibilities:
▪ Identify and onboard new channel partners and dealer partners.
▪ Assess city/cluster demand potential and strategize ways to grow dealer partners' businesses.
▪ Support existing dealers to increase their customer base and revenue.
▪ Engage in hyperlocal activities to generate leads and identify potential customers.
▪ Tap into relevant corporate leads, follow up consistently, and close deals.
▪ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealer partners, ensuring their satisfaction and sustained loyalty.
▪ Act as the point of contact for resolving customer inquiries and delivering post-sales support.
▪ Collaborate with the Senior Sales Manager to achieve market share and revenue goals.
▪ Regularly report on sales activities, market feedback, and competitor insights on CRM.
▪ Conduct independent and effective demonstrations of Kaymo's tools and fasteners to clients.
▪ Educate clients about product specifications, benefits, and applications.
▪ Be willing to travel extensively within and outside the home location for business development and dealer support.
Qualifications:
▪ B.Sc in Any Specialization or I.T.I, B.Tech/B.E. in Production, Industrial, Mechanical, or Metallurgy.
▪ 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in tools, fasteners, or hardware industries.
▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
▪ Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
▪ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
▪ Fast learner, capable of understanding technical aspects of Kaymo's products.
