Senior Revenue Data Analyst

Job Description:

Planning and Forecasting:

• Collaborate with finance and sales teams to create accurate revenue forecasts and budgets using historical data, market trends, and business insights.
• Monitor performance against forecasts, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions to meet revenue goals.
• Conduct TAM/SAM/SOM analysis to support strategic planning and go-to-market initiatives.

Reporting and Metrics:

• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue metrics.
• Provide regular and ad hoc reports to stakeholders, including sales managers and executives, to monitor revenue performance and inform decision-making.
• Build models to analyze pipeline performance, conversion rates, and sales cycle efficiency.

Analytics and Insights:

• Collect and analyze data from CRM systems and other sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for revenue optimization.
• Conduct advanced data analysis, including data cleansing, mining, and modeling, to generate actionable insights.
• Support sales and marketing teams by analyzing campaign effectiveness, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifecycle metrics.

Customer and Market Analysis:

• Perform customer segmentation and analyze customer lifetime value (CLTV), churn rates, and retention drivers.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through customer behavior insights.
• Conduct market research to understand competitive dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends that impact revenue strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication:
• Partner with stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and product management to align on revenue strategies and priorities.
• Present complex findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide thought leadership and guidance on best practices for leveraging data to drive growth and efficiency.
