As an HR and Admin Intern at Katalon India, you will play a vital role in supporting our human resources and administrative functions. Youll have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding
Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Prepare onboarding documents and coordinate new hire orientation.
Employee Engagement
Provide administrative support for employee inquiries and requests.
Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities.
Keep the employees engaged and motivated, highly enthusiastic in driving engagement in India
HR Projects
Execute parts of HR projects, such as performance reviews, employee surveys, and policy updates
Administrative Tasks
Handle general administrative duties, including office management, travel arrangements, and vendor coordination.
Completed Masters in Human Resources, Psychology or Social work (i.e., MBA HR, MSc Psychology or MSW with good GPA score)
75% and above in 10th and 12th and 70% above in Graduation.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
