Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR and Admin Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about building a career in human resources and office administration.

The HR and Admin Assistant will play a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Support:
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Help coordinate and manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Maintain and update HR records for current and prospective employees.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Handle general office administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and organized employee files and HR databases.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are up to date and communicated effectively to employees.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Be a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.


  • Compliance and Documentation:
  • Help maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in managing HR documentation for audits and internal reviews.
  • Help monitor attendance, leaves, and payroll data under supervision.


Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors degree in any related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and administrative practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
