Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Managing Consultant to lead and manage our Oracle HCM implementation and support projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Oracle HCM Cloud applications, proven project management skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This role involves both technical leadership and hands-on implementation responsibilities.

Requirements

8-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM & ERP Cloud implementations.
At least 10/12 end-to-end Oracle implementation experience.
Worked in Fast formulas in OTL, Absence, and Payroll modules.
Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Services (OIC) and REST-based APIs.
Knowledge of PaaS Extensions (VBCS, PCS, etc.)
Deep understanding of data and delivered integrations/ reports using HCM extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
Done data migrations using HDL (HCM data loader) also understanding of the other tools like HSDL.
Lead 5 to 10-member teams and has done project delivery and planning.
Manage project risks in terms of resources, timelines, and quality.
Encouraging and motivating team to be focused for delivery and boost their energy with moral support and demonstrate work together culture.
Work with leadership in RFPs in document analysis, planning, technical estimation, and resource planning.
Build tools and accelerators to improve efficiency in delivery e.g. Reusable code, conversion accelerator, etc.
