Senior Consultant HCM Cloud/SaaS Integrations

We are seeking a skilled HCM Cloud/SaaS Integrations Consultant to design, implement, and support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud integrations, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow and functionality across systems.

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and external systems using tools such as HDL, PBL, OIC, HCM Extracts, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve integration issues to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and validate integrations for performance and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration design specifications and operational procedures.
• Provide support and training to stakeholders on integration processes and tools.
• Ensure integrations adhere to best practices, security standards, and compliance regulations.
• Monitor and optimize integration performance and data flow to enhance efficiency.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations.
• Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), Payroll Batch Loader (PBL), and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and XSLT.
• Proficiency in SQL and data transformation techniques.
• Familiarity with HCM Extracts and Fast Formula for data manipulation and reporting.
• Knowledge of HR data models and processes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
