Senior Consultant HCM Cloud/SaaS Reports

We are seeking an experienced HCM Cloud/SaaS Reports Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating, managing, and delivering reports within Oracle HCM Cloud or similar SaaS platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in reporting tools, and a deep understanding of HR processes and data.

• Design and develop custom reports in Oracle HCM Cloud using tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formula.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Analyze existing reports and optimize for performance and usability.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational and legal standards.
• Support ad hoc reporting needs for various HR functions, including Payroll, Talent Management, and Workforce Analytics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report generation and delivery.
• Provide guidance and training to end-users on reporting tools and best practices.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud updates, features, and reporting capabilities.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud/SaaS reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, etc. ).
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for complex data extraction and transformation.
• Understanding of HR data models, processes, and compliance standards.
• Experience with data visualization and storytelling techniques.
