Key Responsibilities :


- Retain and grow revenue on the existing book of business, manage customer life cycle, customer contract renewals, increase footprint within the business, forecast and reduce churn.


- The Account Manager will understand the customer's business needs to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage continued long-term relationship and help identify opportunities where Kaseya services fit their ongoing business strategy.


- Meet weekly and quarterly Up-Sell and Cross-Sell opportunity generation consistent with sales targets; generate a pipeline 3 times the target.


- Increase footprint in the existing customer base to offset any unavoidable churn.


Requirements :


- Proven track record of establishing themselves as a strategic trusted adviser to clients.


- 3- 8 years of end-to-end sales experience who loves being in a competitive environment that is driven to meet targets.


- Self-starter who can own ongoing customer success of large, medium, and small customers.


The role requires the employee to work from Office from Mon-Fri and in the following shift timings:


ANZ : 03:00AM - 12:00PM


EMEA : 01:30PM - 10:30PM


NAM : 06:30PM - 03:30AM
