Primary Purpose of the role
- Working with a Team of Identity and Access Management experts, operating from Australia and our global offices to position Kmart as a leader in IDAM execution.
- Leading identity management projects with minimal supervision, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to high-quality standards.
- Hands on skills while working with IGA platforms and different IAM/PAM Technologies.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
- Providing technical leadership in the implementation of identity solutions, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
- Identifying potential risks in identity projects and implement proactive measures to mitigate them effectively.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into identity management strategies.
To be successful in this role you ll have:
- Demonstrated experience in driving identity management projects with a focus on successful delivery.
- Strong technical background in identity and access management, authentication protocols, and security best practices.
- Ability to inspire and lead a team, fostering collaboration and driving results in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience with authentication standards and technologies such as multi factor authentication, JSON Web Token (JWT), etc.
- Extensive hands-on knowledge of identity and access management best practices, procedures, and software solutions such as Beyond Trust, Saviynt
- Extensive knowledge and experience with identity and access management technology, such as single sign-on (SSO), two-factor authentication, privileged access management, etc.
- Assist project and application teams with Active Directory integration patterns using AD and Azure AD, Azure MFA, ADFS Azure Federation and SSO patterns
- Proactively identify gaps and develop solutions to routine problems
- Plan and implement updates to maintain, monitor, and support enterprise IAM tools
- Well versed and ability to map the identity deliverables with the industry frameworks like NIST and MITRE
Work Experience
- Proven Past experience in the entire gamut of Identity and Access Management along with strong fundamental knowledge of Cyber Security functions
- Has worked in the field of Identity and Access Management for at least 6 years of experience
