- Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest registrations efficiently.

- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.

- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and stay details.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and guest messages promptly.
- Uphold brand standards by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- 1-3 years of front office experience in the hospitality industry.
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic computer skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Local candidates with a hospitality background preferred.
