Collaborating with employers and aggregators, our plug-and-play platform seamlessly integrates with HR management systems, fostering a sustainable future for the gig and blue-collar workforce.
WHAT YOU SHALL DO?
We are looking for someone who is passionate about scaling business and client relationships.
This is a high-impact role that will provide a well-rounded perspective on the Finance Products at KarmaLife and brings with it, the opportunity to collaborate and interact with multi-functional teams inside KarmaLife and at the partner organization.
- Research + seize opportunities in new markets, trends, customers, products & services
- Build, pitch & close new deal making activity, strike strategic partnerships to support company's growth and product expansion
- Craft partnership strategy to build brand awareness
- Identifying high impact strategic opportunities for driving non-linear growth
- Building up a roadmap to pursue partnerships and drive execution from sourcing, legal signing, operationalisation, scale up and expansion
- Build strong meaningful client connections with B2B organizations
- Liaise with other departments to ensure roll outs and scale up
- Develop the business sales and growth strategy
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for someone with a growth-mindset & an ability to maintain excellent client relationships. Candidates who share our vision of building inclusive FinTech for India's fast-growing gig economy.
An ideal candidate would have the following skills:
- Task ownership: Takes initiative to seek new business and meets targets & is self-motivated.
- Verbal/written communication: Can use multiple channels of communication to build rapport via phone, virtual or in-person and for ongoing communication with customers and business associates. Also creates and maintains reports.
- Interpersonal skills: for building and developing relationships with clients. Can communicate with a range of people, both internally and externally.
- Data management: including the use of spreadsheets, documenting & staying on top of follow ups.
- Team player: Knows the balance between coordination & cooperation/ collaborative approach to work
- Strong bias for action: Is solution focused and makes quick decisions
-Goal setting: Outcome driven thinking, which is organized and strategic
- Business analysis: the ability to analyze sales figures and write reports
Location: Bangalore is preferred
