Associate / Executive - Sales / Client Coordination

You will be a

• MCom / MBA [If currently pursuing please do not apply]
• Based in Mumbai-MMR region only (Navi Mumbai and out of Mumbai candidates please do not apply)
• With Fresher / 1-2 years experience and upto 5 years experience
• We are seeking a competent Sales / Client Coordination (female candidate) to handle sales and client servicing. You will play a crucial role in organizing and maintaining client interaction and client relationships.
• You must possess exceptional time-management and multitasking skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Your diligence and competence will allow executives to focus on their managerial duties without distractions.
• Your primary objective will be to enhance the overall efficiency of our business by ensuring the timely and efficient completion of all assigned administrative tasks.
• Join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our organization by providing invaluable support to our executives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients and create opportunities for analyst meetings, corporate meetings, client interactions.
• Attend meetings and develop relationships with clients.
• Regularly keep in touch with analysts / investors to update on company developments which are reported to exchanges or in public domain.
• Understand and analyse companies and create opportunities for calls / meetings with corporates.
• Follow up for meetings / events as and when organised.
• Prepare presentations or reports as assigned.

Requirements and skills

• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in English spoken and written language
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
