Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing online marketing strategies that drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and boost engagement across multiple digital channels. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement campaigns that align with our companys objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:
• Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals and KPIs.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
2. Campaign Management:
• Develop, implement, and manage paid and organic digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
3. Content Creation and Management:
• Collaborate with content creators and graphic designers to produce high-quality content that aligns with the brand voice and marketing goals.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of content across various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
4. Social Media Management:
• Plan and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage community building efforts.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, traffic, and engagement metrics.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization and performance improvement.
6. SEO/SEM:
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
• Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, etc.), optimizing ad spend and targeting to improve performance.
7. Email Marketing:
• Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
• Build and maintain email marketing lists, ensuring proper segmentation and personalization.
8. Collaboration and Teamwork:
• Work closely with other departments such as sales, product, and design to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
• Mentor and manage junior marketing staff or freelancers as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, etc.).
• Experience with content management systems (WordPress, etc.) and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Creative and innovative mindset with attention to detail.
