ORGANIZATION:  Kanwar Enterprises Pvt.Ltd.


  • Job Title: HR Statutory Compliance Executive

  • Location: Odissa/Ramagundam

  • Role : The HR Statutory Compliance Executive is responsible for managing statutory HR labor compliance, vendor management, and labor law compliance on a PAN India level. This role includes liaising with labor authorities, ensuring compliance with payroll and labor laws, and supporting internal and external audits.

Key Responsibilities:


  • 1. Statutory HR Labour Compliance and Vendor Management
  • Handle statutory HR labor compliance for the company and manage vendor compliance for outsourced services.
  • 2. PAN India Labour Law Compliance:

3.. Liaise with labor authorities and regulatory bodies for obtaining licenses and renewals under various labor laws.

  • 4. Manage personnel, industrial relations, and employee welfare activities within the organization.
  • 5. Contract Labour & Shops and Establishments (S&E) Act Compliance:
  • 6 Oversee statutory compliances under the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act and Shops and Establishments (S&E) Act.
  • 7. Maintain statutory registers and records as required by applicable labor laws.
  • 8. Updates and Implementation of Labor Law Amendments:
  • 9. Stay current with the latest amendments to labor laws and implement necessary changes in company policies and procedures.
  • 10. Payroll Compliance:
  • 11. Ensure payroll compliance related to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and MLWF (Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund) remittances.
  • 12. Manage the timely filing of yearly and half-yearly statutory returns.
  • 13. Government Inspections and Notices:
  • Handle government inspections, respond to regulatory notices, and engage in negotiations with government authorities as needed.


Qualifications:


  • • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • • 1+ years of experience in HR statutory compliance, labor law, or payroll compliance roles.
  • • Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory requirements, and regulatory compliance.
  • • Proficiency in HR software and payroll management systems.
  • • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • • Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
