Kanix has 120+ channel partners who help promote Kanix products & help in Implementation & Support.
The Seven ATC (Authorized Training Centers) of Kanix teaches students usage of Kanix products and offer them placement. With the experience of 24 years in ERP Development & Implementation Kanix realized that in addition to having a good product it is equally important to have proper implementation. Kanix invented innovative means of ERP implementation and now have grown in confidence to offer its Highrise ERP with “IMPLEMENTATION GAURANTEE” making it the first software company to it.

Responsibilities – Lead Generation

  • Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
  • Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
  • Generating lead via cold calling, email, social media campaign & market mining
  • Taking control of the leads assigned by the back-office digital marketing team
  • Handled 1st level meeting for potential clients & aligning with the CXOs.
  • Follow ups & closure - Ability to convert & close maximum leads for better conversion rates.
  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed. Making face to face calls. Responsible for increasing account penetration, customer satisfaction and sales growth for long term results.
  • Marketing & presales activities like Lead generation, Negotiation, sales closures, client servicing.
  • Building customer relationship and ensuring smooth up- selling.
  • Achieve the assigned targets



Responsibilities – Product Demonstration

  • Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
  • Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
  • Generating lead via cold calling, email, social media campaign & market mining
  • Taking control of the leads assigned by the back-office digital marketing team
  • Presenting detailed & effective product demo’s with CXO level & user level Audience
  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed. Making face to face calls. Responsible for increasing account penetration, customer satisfaction and sales growth for long term results.
  • Business Development - Identification of potential clients / opportunities (identification of client issues and appropriate solutions), development of proposals & Negotiation etc.
  • Follow ups & closure - Ability to convert & close maximum leads for better conversion rates.
  • Building customer relationship and ensuring smooth up- selling.
  • Achieve the assigned targets



BDM Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any stream
  • MBA from reputed institution
  • 4 Years’ experience in BDM role preferably in ERP selling
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills. Proficiency in the local language of applied territory is must.
  • Readiness to extensively travel within territory
  • Proficiency in ERP processes and IT
  • Good time management
  • Good Team Player
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills


Experience:
5 Years to 10 Years

Note:
This profile is for Work-From-Office and will involve visiting Clients as well
