There are no such things in favor of employees

Dislikes

The software is outdated, making it difficult for customers to work properly. The company uses a sandwich leave policy for attendance, which employees find unfair. Overall, employees are not happy here. There is no proper appraisal process, and the company provides only a 5% increment.
