Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Phone Management:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
Take accurate messages and relay them to the appropriate person.
Provide information to callers as needed.
Appointment Management:
Schedule and manage appointments for staff members.
Maintain accurate appointment calendars.
Confirm appointments and provide reminders.
Administrative Support:
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain office supplies and inventory.
Perform basic data entry and filing tasks.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Visitor Management:
Maintain a visitor log.
Issue visitor passes as required.
Ensure visitor security protocols are followed.
Communication:
Act as a liaison between visitors, callers, and staff.
Provide accurate and timely information.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues.
