Role & responsibilities

• To responsible for Recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews and Access the Naukri.com, LinkedIN, Facebook and Social Networks etc. Coordinating with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• To Maintaining employee records and HRIS databases in the system ie: People-Strong’ and ESS and support to PMS of planning.
• To responsible for the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting Induction/Orientation sessions.
• To Assisting in internal communications related to HR policies, events, and announcements.
• To Assisting in the off-boarding process, including conducting exit interviews and processing exit documentation.
• To maintaining positive employee relations and addressing issues.
