Development of Ground level garden, Terrace garden, Podium garden &

Club House Landscape and other gardens as per architectural design.

• Maintenance of completed projects.

• Material and Labor Management.

• Multiplication of planting material and other nursery activates.

• Vendor co-ordination.

• New Horticulture Vendor/contractor deployment.

• Checking of new suppliers material & quality approvals and vehicle

measurements.

• Quantity and Rate analysis for procurement of horticulture material and

horticulture work for large scale.

• Preparing monthly provisional cost statement for account dept.

• Co-ordination with landscape architect, drafts mans, site engineer,

storekeeper, security staff, account staff, Laisoning dept and interior team.

• Checking of suppliers invoice based on GRN received from site.

• Document control related to Horticultural works.

• Prepare Tree survey inventory/reports.
