Assistant Manager - CSR

Objective of the role : The purpose of this role is to ideate & facilitate CSR programs for the organization

Department : Strategic Initiatives

Location : Mumbai

Qualification Required : Masters Degree in Social Work or any equivalent degree

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To manage all CSR programs for the organization related to employee volunteered activities, managing the relationships with NGOs and various foundations, etc.
• To promote CSR programs in the organization to consistently drive employee participation by encouraging active participation along with their teams through targeted communication and events
• To strengthen, grow and manage the existing CSR Programs
• To liaison effectively with CSR leadership team to ensure alignment with corporate citizenship policies and activities
• To maintain communication with internal & external stakeholders for various CSR Projects
