Roles and Responsibilities

• Working on a snag list and handover and possession of flats 
• Technical Supervision of civil , finishing & electric work.
• Working on a checklist as a support document of all activities
• Material checking as per work order and standard specification. 
• Preparation of inspection test plan and implementing the same based on approved standard methodology
• Preparing monthly reports on quality progress.
• Inspecting vendors bills by coordinating with the contractors
• Conducting internal  training to improve quality of work. 
• following up with a third party laboratory and coordinating with an RCC consultant.
• Maintaining the company quality procedures, standards and specifications 
• Verification of QA/QC points before and after casting at site 
• Making sure that technical designs and drawings are getting followed correctly 
• Liasoning with Quality Surveyors about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials 
• Monitoring internal/external testing/Lab operations 
• Review of material reconciliation and consumption 
• Inventory Control.
• Quality Assurance of concrete at RMC site 
• Preparation of site reports & Quality records
• Knowledge of batching RMC plant operations, shuttering design .monitoring QC procedures for concrete mix, RMC operations
