Gold Loan - Executive/Manager

The Gold Loan Officer/manager will be responsible for identifying potential customers, managing gold loan disbursement, ensuring proper appraisal of gold, maintaining customer satisfaction, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Gold Loan Processing:
   
• Conduct accurate evaluation and appraisal of gold jewelry as per company standards.
• Verify customer details and ensure proper documentation for loan processing.
• Disburse loans after verification and ensure compliance with internal policies.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
   
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Provide guidance on loan repayment and address customer queries promptly.
3. Business Development:
   
• Identify and acquire new customers through field visits and lead generation activities.
• Promote the companys gold loan products and services.
• Achieve monthly and yearly targets set by the organization.
4. Risk and Compliance:
   
• Ensure proper storage and security of pledged gold.
• Follow regulatory and company norms to mitigate risks.
5. Operational Efficiency:
   
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and update loan software systems.
• Ensure minimal non-performing assets (NPAs) in the gold loan portfolio.
6. Market Awareness:
   
• Stay updated on gold market trends, prices, and competition in the region.
• Provide market feedback to management for strategic decisions.
