SQL Developer - RDBMS (3-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Write and optimize in-application SQL statements

- Ensure database performance, security, and availability

- Prepare technical documentation and specifications

- Profile and optimize server resource usage

- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders

- Translate business needs into technical specifications

- Design, build, and deploy BI solutions (i.e., reporting tools)

- Maintain and support data analytics platforms (i.e., MicroStrategy)

- Create data storage tools (i.e., OLAP cubes)

- Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting

- Evaluate and improve existing BI systems

- Integrate systems with other teams

- Develop and execute database queries and analyses

- Create visualizations and reports for projects

- Develop and update technical documentation

Requirements :

- Strong SQL proficiency across popular databases

- Experience with modern relational databases

- SQL statement optimization skills

- Relational database best practices knowledge

- Database engine configuration and cluster orchestration skills

- BI Developer or Data Scientist experience

- Industry experience

- Data warehouse design (dimensional modeling) and data mining knowledge

- In-depth understanding of DBMS, OLAP, and ETL frameworks

- Familiarity with BI technologies (i.e., Power BI, Oracle BI)

- SQL queries, SSRS, and SSIS knowledge
