Job Title: International Voice Process Executive

Location: Gurgaon / Delhi (West Delhi)

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 in hand (based on experience)

Experience: 1 to 5 years (International Voice Process Experience)

Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts

Meals: Free 1 time meal

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic candidates for the International Voice Process role for our Gurgaon and West Delhi locations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in international voice processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international clients/customers.
• Resolve customer queries, issues, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service while adhering to company guidelines and processes.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns effectively.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Document and track customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate or undergraduate candidates with at least 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
• Should be an immediate joiner.
• Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidates must be comfortable traveling independently to the office location.
