Application Engineer

Responsibilities

• Monitor and diagnose N4 TOS software and systems.

• Consult and troubleshoot customer-reported issues with N4 TOS software.

• Review and administer customer software setups and configurations.

• Respond to and resolve customer issues in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Be on standby for critical P1 incidents, including availability to work weekends or shifts as required to support customers 24/7.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or relevant college qualification.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a services consultant or support engineer for mission-critical enterprise software or in a related field.

• Deep technical expertise with the ability to troubleshoot incidents.

• Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented .

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in high-pressure environments.

• Strong customer service orientation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Experience in the maritime or logistics industry is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with Navis TOS is a significant advantage.

• Experience working in distributed virtual teams.

• Demonstrates a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Professional image, personality, and demeanour.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English language .

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Outstanding customer service and follow-up skills.

• Good listening skills.

• Knowledge on Infrastructure and databases is desirable
