Role Description :
As an Oracle BRM Developer, you will be a key contributor to our BRM development initiatives.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing BRM customizations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the stability and performance of our billing systems.
Your expertise in Java, SQL, and PL/SQL will be essential for delivering robust solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle BRM systems (PS 12 or higher, PS 15 preferred).
- Design and implement BRM opcodes, pipelines, and data models.
- Develop custom solutions using Java (JDK, JDBC, JMS).
- Troubleshoot and resolve BRM issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Write and optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries for interacting with the BRM database.
- Perform data analysis and manipulation using SQL and PL/SQL.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency within the BRM database.
- Work effectively in Unix/Linux environments for BRM development and deployment.
- Utilize Unix/Linux commands and scripts for system administration and troubleshooting.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement BRM solutions that meet business needs.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing of BRM customizations.
- Debug and resolve complex issues in BRM applications.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of BRM solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for BRM customizations and configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA engineers, and system administrators.
- Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively.
Qualifications :
- 4+ years of overall experience in software development.
- 3+ years of relevant experience with Oracle BRM development (PS 12 or higher, PS 15 preferred).
- Strong Java programming skills (JDK, JDBC, JMS).
- Experience with BRM opcodes, pipelines, and data models.
- Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL for interacting with the BRM database.
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.
- Understanding of telecommunications billing systems
