About the Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Infrastructure Management professional with a strong focus on Helpdesk/Desktop support and Azure administration to join our growing IT team.
This role will be crucial in providing timely and effective IT support to our end-users, managing our Azure cloud environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop/laptop1 problems, including operating system issues, application errors, and connectivity problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop hardware and software.
- Manage user accounts and access privileges.
- Manage and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
- Administer and troubleshoot Azure Intune for device management.
- Work with Zscaler for secure internet access and cloud security.
- Perform Azure-related tasks, including user management, resource provisioning, and security configuration.
- Monitor IT infrastructure components, including servers, network devices, and applications.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential IT issues.
- Implement and maintain IT infrastructure best practices.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT documentation.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including L2 protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, and SMTP email server configuration.
- Familiarity with network devices (firewalls, load balancers, API gateways) and network monitoring tools.
- Ability to coordinate with network vendors for issue resolution.
- Follow ITIL best practices for incident management, problem management, and change management.
- Log and track support requests using a service desk system.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
Required Skills :
- 7+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management, with a strong focus on Helpdesk /Desktop support.
- Proven experience with Azure administration, including VDI, Intune, and Zscaler.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
