Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Project/Operation Manager to lead IT infrastructure and cybersecurity. This role requires a strong background in managing IT projects and ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance systems while aligning with business objectives and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and optimize IT operations, ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of digital platforms and infrastructure.
• Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize project management tools (e.g., JIRA) to track progress, manage risks, and drive operational efficiency.
• Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to IT teams, fostering growth in infrastructure management and security best practices.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in IT operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to align IT strategies with business goals, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Develop and implement IT governance, risk management, and process optimization strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee DevOps strategy execution, ensuring alignment with automation, scalability, and business continuity objectives.

• 8+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, and security.
• Proven experience in IT project management, risk assessment, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Proficiency in DevOps practices, IT service management (ITSM), and compliance frameworks.
