Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in web development technologies and a good understanding of banking domain processes.

The candidate will work on multiple projects, develop and maintain web applications, and contribute to different stages of project management. This role requires a blend of technical skills, communication abilities, and experience in managing large projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- JavaScript & TypeScript : Develop dynamic and responsive web applications using JavaScript and TypeScript.

- HTML & CSS : Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS for front-end development, ensuring responsive and visually appealing designs.

- SQL : Write complex SQL queries for database interactions and data extraction.

- Microsoft Access DB : Work with Access databases to manage data storage and retrieval, integrate them with web applications.

- Work with various Project Management Tools (i.e., Jira, Asana, or Trello) to track project progress, allocate tasks, and meet deadlines.

- Contribute to project documentation, ensuring technical specifications, user manuals, and system designs are clearly defined.

- Debugging : Use strong debugging skills to identify and fix issues in code and improve performance.

- Understanding of banking processes, terminology, and systems is essential to effectively interact with clients, understand their requirements, and provide technical solutions.

- Exposure to RPA tools like UiPath is highly preferred, as the company may integrate automation into web development processes.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.

- Ability to create impactful PowerPoint presentations for business meetings, status updates, and client interactions.

- Handle communication and coordination with vendors, ensuring project requirements are met, timelines are adhered to, and deliverables are received on time.

- Be able to effectively manage business escalations related to project delays, technical issues, or customer concerns.

- Proactively work on preventative measures to avoid similar issues in the future.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

- Ability to think critically and address challenges with innovative solutions.

- Comfortable working in a collaborative environment and able to guide and mentor junior developers.
