Role & responsibilities

• Person will play a pivotal role in ensuring streamlined production planning and inventory control processes for the packaging operations.
• Production Planning: Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resources.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, ensure stock availability, and minimize wastage.
• Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan production accordingly.
• Process Optimization: Identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and implement solutions for enhanced productivity.
• Quality Control: Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage the PPIC team, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Data Analysis: Analyze production data and trends to make informed decisions.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on production performance, efficiency, and inventory levels.

Preferred candidate profile Candidate having experience in PPIC role atleast 10 years would be preferred.
