Who We're Looking For:

• Experience: 15+ years in manufacturing, with expertise in Production Planning & Control (PPC).
• Education: Strong academic background in Mathematics, Science, or Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Key Skills:
• Sharp analytical thinking with a deep understanding of data interpretation.
• Strategic planning and execution to optimize production schedules and efficiency.
• Authoritative leadership with the ability to coordinate with a large cross-functional team (30+ members) across pre-production and production.
• Expertise in capacity planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
• Strong ability to solve complex problems under pressure and ensure seamless operations.
