Position: AM International Business
Department: International Business
Reports to: Sr. Manager – International Business & Business Development
Job Summary:
The Export Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing export sales
strategies to achieve growth targets, expand the customer base, and increase revenue in
international markets. This role requires a focus on client relationships, market research,
and compliance with international trade regulations, all while promoting the company's
chemical products in overseas markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy Execution
- Collaborate with the Export Sales Manager to execute sales strategies aligned with the
company’s international growth objectives.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by promoting the company’s
chemical product range in assigned markets.
- Provide regular reports on market performance, client feedback, and sales forecasts to
the Export Sales Manager.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales strategies and suggest adjustments as
needed.
• Order Management & Client Support
- Oversee the complete sales process from order generation to fulfilment, ensuring timely
and accurate product delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and quality control) to ensure order
accuracy and address any client concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client queries, product specifications, and
post-sale support.
- Customer service & communication pro-actively & prevent exigencies.
- Systems Execution for customer service.
• Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and review all export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and
certificates of origin, ensuring compliance (EU-REACH) with international trade regulations.
- Stay updated on import/export regulations in target markets, ensuring all products meet
required standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a
related field.
- 3+ years of experience in export sales, preferably in the chemical manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English; knowledge of
additional languages is a plus.
- Female is Preferable having exposure in Communication with international customers. (Central
Line Candidate will be preferred or less than 30 min Away from Kalwa from Station.
Key Competencies:
- Strong analytical skills to understand market trends and devise suitable sales strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP software (preferred).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced
environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain long-term client
relationships.
- Excellent & proactive written & oral communication.
Working Conditions:
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed. (Must have Passport)
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to
meet client expectations.
- Cost cutting & System measures for logistics.
- EDPMS, RODTEP, Advance Licence Systems Knowledge preferred.
