Role & responsibilities

As a Tech Lead, youll shape our technology strategy, lead the engineering team, and build scalable product solutions. Your expertise in system design, data analytics, and a strong product mindset will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and build scalable products.
• Rapidly develop POCs by figuring out and integrating existing solutions and technologies.
• Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build impactful solutions.
• Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability.
• Make key technology decisions and adopt new tools.
• Optimize product performance through data analytics.
• Mentor engineers and foster continuous learning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system bottlenecks.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4+ years of software development experience, 1+ years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in [Preferred Tech Stack Python, React, React, AWS, Kubernetes, SQL, Pandas]
• Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Expertise in SQL, query optimization, and scalable database design.
• Deep understanding of system design, microservices, and DevOps practices.
• Strong product mindset with a focus on business impact.
