Job Description
- Handle inbound reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms promptly and professionally.
- Ensure accurate recording of guest details, preferences, and booking information in the property management system (PMS).
- Maximize revenue opportunities by suggesting upgrades, packages, and special promotions.
- Manage group reservations, ensuring proper communication with all relevant departments.
- Update and maintain property listings across OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) like Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, etc.
- Monitor and ensure rate parity across all platforms in alignment with the hotels pricing strategy.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and reviews on OTA platforms, maintaining high guest satisfaction scores.
- Analyze OTA performance metrics (e.g., ADR, Occupancy, RevPAR) and provide actionable insights.
