Lead Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  
• Conduct cold calls to potential candidates to generate leads and schedule interviews.
  
• Utilize social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates.
  
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 9-13 years of experience in IT Recruitment or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of End-To-End Recruitment processes, Team Leading Skills, Technical Recruitment expertise.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
