Assistant Manager | MEP Billing

Billing & Certification:

• Prepare and verify MEP contractor bills as per contract terms.
• Ensure accurate measurement and certification of contractor invoices.
• Coordinate with site engineers, QS teams for bill validation and approvals.
• Maintain billing records, RA bills, and final settlement documentation.

Contract Management & Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with contract terms, BOQ, and technical specifications.
• Verify work progress reports, certifications, and variations.
• Handle escalations and discrepancies in contractor invoices.

Coordination & Reporting:

• Collaborate with project, finance, and procurement teams for smooth billing operations.
• Support audit processes related to MEP billing.
• Prepare and submit MIS reports on billing status and vendor payments.
