Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced **MEP Billing Engineer with a strong background in plumbing and fire fighting systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle billing, estimation, and BOQ preparation while being actively involved in on-site project execution. This role requires technical expertise, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

Billing & BOQ Filling

- Prepare and verify BOQs, invoices, and billing schedules.

- Coordinate with clients and subcontractors to verify quantities and ensure timely billing.

- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accurate billing.

- Maintain records of material consumption, work progress, and contractual changes.

On-Site Coordination

- Supervise and monitor plumbing and fire fighting system installations on-site.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

- Provide technical support and resolve on-site challenges.

- Conduct periodic inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Procurement & Planning

- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely delivery of materials.

- Assist in project planning and scheduling to ensure seamless execution.

- Provide regular updates to project stakeholders regarding progress and requirements.

Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure all work adheres to local building codes, safety standards, and project requirements.

- Maintain detailed project documentation, including as-built drawings, work completion certificates, and material reconciliation reports.

Qualifications & Skills

- Educational Qualification: Bachelors/Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in plumbing and fire fighting systems, including on-site work and billing

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and billing .

- Strong understanding of MEP standards, codes, and practices.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

- Hands-on experience with plumbing and firefighting system

- Familiarity with estimation software like ERP, SAP, Primavera, or similar tools.
