Job Description
- Heading the complete operations of high-street retails at Mindspace Airoli East
- Setting up the brand outlets as per plan, helping them to set up their operations, co-branding, initiatives
- Enhance their revenues and complete governance on the operations and the base build premises
- Managing complete P&L account for the retail segment. Ensuring collection of all revenues, re-imbursements and eventual fees. Cost control for spend under CAM. Initiative to earn auxiliary revenues from the retail spaces
- Building client relationship, understanding & identifying client needs
- Handling Move in and Move Outs- the manager is responsible for inspecting the unit, checking for damages. Responsible for Asset verification, repairing damages if any
- Efficient governance of assign operational budget & keeping the expenses under tolerance
- Shall manage the entire retail operations in co-ordination with outsourced team
- Review /suggest / approve plans and procedures for handling complaints or requests from building Clients or occupants
- Keep track of completion of all helpdesk service requests from clients all complaints to be closed with corrective actions to prevent recurrence of the client complaint
