Purchase Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking two motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Assistants to join our procurement team. The successful candidates will have 1-3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management and will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the procurement of goods and services according to company requirements.
• Maintain and update purchase orders and supplier information in the system.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues related to orders.
• Track inventory levels and assist in inventory management and stock control.
• Review and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement.
• Assist in negotiating with suppliers for better terms and pricing.
• Prepare and analyze reports related to purchasing activities.
• Support the procurement team in various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
