Marketing Head

+ Responsible for coordination in developing new design ideas suited both technically and

aesthetically by the design team with customers requirements in mind.

+ Responsible for direct interaction with customers/buying house to their design/style needs

+ Ensuring that design team develops customer specific new designs for upcoming seasons, in line with the guidelines provided by these clients. Assuring trend forecasting & research work also falls along these lines.

Keeping up to date with the latest customer service trends and developments by subscribing to

professional trade and management journals, attending seminars and workshops sponsored by the employer.

+ Responsible for ensuring smooth handover of approved prototypes and specifications from the marketing team to the production team to ensure bulk production is in line with clients

expectations

+ Responsible for making effective graphical presentations for various buyers introducing them to new marketing concepts/updates to adapt to constant changes around them.

+ Responsible to deliver best quality product in short leadtimes.

+ Responsible for sourcing fabrics @ accessories from local as well as overseas markets.

+ Responsible for Print and CAD and 3D CAD development for development samples.

+ Attended many fairs and mill presentations in India to source fabrics and trims.
