Role & responsibilities

- Lead the development and execution of a forward-thinking technology strategy that supports the companys objectives and market evolution.
- Oversee the implementation of the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and scalability for future needs.
- Build team from scratch, recruiting top-tier talent and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Working with external vendors and advisors to grow and manage a high-performing technology support for the organisation
- Implementing executive policies & collaborate with other department heads to ensure technology solutions effectively support all aspects of the business, from operational efficiency to customer engagement.
- Manage technology budgets and timelines, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to deliver maximum impact.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards in technology deployment and data security.
- Develop and maintain SLAs for IT services, ensuring that they meet the needs of the organization.
- Data Backup & Disaster Recovery: Ensuring the availability of IT infrastructure and systems in order to prevent data loss (Ensure DR and BACKUP in place for SAP Server and critical data)

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. An MBA is advantageous.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a technology leadership role, with at least 5 years in infrastructure or manufacturing sectors.
- Demonstrable experience with ERP systems implementation and management, with a preference for candidates who have led similar initiatives in comparable industries e.g. manufacturing.
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing teams in high-stakes environment.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with an analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
