Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and market share goals.
• Team Leadership: Manage 4 Sales Managers and 50+ field sales reps, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, review KPIs, and take corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, team performance, and market trends for senior management.
• Market Insights: Monitor customer and competitor trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align efforts and drive sales success.
• Budget Management: Oversee sales budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: 7-10 years in sales, with at least 3-5 years managing large field sales teams.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and performance management skills. Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Attributes: Goal-oriented, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
